My intention is to hold safe space for you to show up authentically, and to help guide you back to wholeness.  I am a wholistic and humanistic therapist who works with your mind-body connection to activate your biochemistry of healing, and to rewire your brain for success.  Our work includes the social and ecological environments in which you live.

I work with individuals and groups, addressing a variety of issues including stress, trauma, habit control, addictions, fears and phobias, life transitions, body image, effects of bullying and peer rejection, depression and anxiety. The approaches I use include compassionate listening, body-oriented work, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, guided imagery, psychodrama, Gestalt, transactional analysis, and family systems.

My systems work extends to our relationships with plants, animals, natural places, and the earth, and I explore the interrelationships we have with all life. That is an often neglected aspect of who we are, yet is vital to our well-being.

I believe everyone has an innate and irrepressible drive towards wholeness, and will work what is in the way so your life may unfold as it is meant to.  It is a privilege to witness you come alive and awaken to your fullness.  This shows up as, for example, connecting to your strengths and resources, tapping into innate healing abilities, remembering a sense of joy and purpose, experiencing growth and freedom, and sustaining happier, healthier relationships.
